The City of Courtenay is inviting members of the development community to complete a short Developer Feedback Survey.Your input will help shape upcoming updates to the Official Community Plan (OCP), Amenity Cost Charges (ACCs) and density bonusing. It will also help us improve how we work with the development community.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
The survey will close at midnight on Sunday, November 16, 2025.
