The City of Courtenay is updating its Development Cost Charges (DCC) Bylaw, which includes proposed projects, costs and rates.
The City of Courtenay is updating its Official Community Plan (OCP) to ensure we meet our community’s housing needs over the next 20 years, as required by the Province.
