On Saturday, July 18, 2026, residents across Courtenay are invited to take part in the City’s first annual Hello Neighbour Day: a community celebration focused on simple acts of neighbourliness, local love of neighbourhood and meaningful connections. Whether you say hello to someone new, help a neighbour, share a story or spend time exploring your neighbourhood, every small action helps build a stronger, more welcoming community.
