News Release: Overnight Work on Comox Hill Complete

The Comox Valley Regional District is happy to announce that the overnight work for the Comox Valley Sewer Conveyance Project on the hill where Comox Road meets Comox Avenue is complete. The overnight work, was completed ahead of schedule in 11 nights. It is estimated that traffic on Comox Avenue, including the hill, will be one-way westbound 24 hrs/day, seven days per week, until Fall 2025.

We would like to extend our thanks to residents who live near the overnight construction. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We would also like to thank our community for their ongoing support and cooperation as we work to complete this necessary infrastructure upgrade.
