The Comox Valley Regional District will undergo geotechnical drilling work on Lazo Road along the section that crosses the Lazo Marsh, beginning July 19 for a duration of three days.

The required drilling work is to better understand ground conditions along the proposed conveyance route, Lazo Road to Brent Road.

Disruptions will occur along the section of roadway, highlighted on the map, as traffic is reduced to single lane alternating beginning the afternoon of July 19 through to July 21, 7 am to 6 pm. All commuters are advised to take caution and abide by the direction of the traffic marshals.
