What You Need To Know if You Reside in the Impacted Area

• The contractor will deliver a reminder notice 48 hrs prior to work.
• Water to the properties shown on the map will be completely shut off and have no water during the allocated time.
• Before the shut off begins, it is recommended to store water in buckets, bottles, and bathtubs to ensure you have water for the expected duration of the shut off.
• Do not shower, water plants, run the dishwasher, do laundry, or use any water during the shutdown period. Water stored in a bathtub may be used to flush and replenish water in toilet tanks.
• Turn off power to any electric hot water tanks (if you have one).
• We will try to restore water service before the time noted; however, the actual duration may depend on the watermain conditions and other unforeseen issues.
• If the shut of needs to be extended, staff will inform residents directly.
